Batch Processing is a Customized Development for Each Equipment. Depending upon the Type of Equipment and Parameters to be monitored, this screen will show real time status of the same. Batch No., Recipe, Batch Status etc. will be displayed with Real Time values coming from Equipment. Parameters which are getting logged like Sensor Values, Pressure, Temp. etc. will also be displayed.

Batch: Options to Start Batch, Stop Batch

Recipe: Load Recipe in Batch by selecting it from Recipe Master

Trends: Real Time Values representation by Graph. Parameter wise Values will be displayed with Time. Batch No. and Status will be also displayed.

Other Options: Depending upon the Equipment, Application can provide Monitoring of Critical Parameters (CPP), Start and Stop Water Filling, Monitor other Batch Types like: Vacuum Leak Test etc.
