DreamSoft HRMS Solution is a Complete Employee Management System along with their Attendance Management System of the Employees. Attendance calculations can be given In Analysis Reports. DreamSoft can also import the Data from the Thumb Nail or Smart Card based Attendance System for the Calculations. If Customization is required then we can do the needful.
Company Master : This Information allows administrator to manage Company Information
Group Master : This feature will allow user admin to create different application user group and define access rights for each belonging to that group
Database Backup : This option allows Administrator to Take Backup of Database.
Manage Company Documents : This option allows administrator to attached PDF Documents for HR policy, Company Policy etc. which can be viewed by employee any time.
Country Master : This Information allows user to manage different country
State Master : This Information allows user to manage different State
City Master : This Information allows user to manage different city
Area Master : This Information allows user to manage different Area
Source of Reference : This option allows user to manage different source of reference from which employee is recruited e.g. Advertisement, Employee Reference, Job Portal Name etc.
Separation Type : This option allows user to define various separation type for which will be useful to analyze why employee has left e.g. absconding, better prospect, resigned for personal reason etc.
Notice period Master : This information allows user manage different notice period which is applicable in organization.
In house Directory : This option will allow user to define an in house directory which will have all extension defined, Tell number of restaurants from where food can be ordered etc This is useful for new employee coming in the organization.
Designation Master : This Information allows user to manage different designation in organization.
Department Master : This option allows user to mange different Department. Each Department will have below information

Level Master : This option will allow user to define different level in organization. Each level will have below Option

Team Master : This option allows user to define different teams w.rt. Department and each define Leave Manager for each team. By Defining team it gives option to allocate multiple leave Manager for each department.
Employee Master : This option will allow user to define employee with all its personal information along with Information related to company.

Leave Code Master : This allows user to enter different kind of leaves code applicable in organization with an option of defining whether leave code is allowed to be carried forward along with upper cap.
Out Door Leave Code : This allows user to enter different kind of outdoor leave code applicable in organization.
Roaster Type : This option allows user to define different roaster type in organization used by HR to classify Attendance of employee.
Department Master : This option allows user to mange different Department. Each Department will have below information
Shift Master : This option allows user to define different shift in an organization with an option to define start time and end time.
Shift Allocation : This option allows user to allocated shift to each employee w.r.t Department. Shift allocation will be w.r.t to an Applicable Date so that employee whose shift are fixed needs to be defined only one time till their shift is changed.
Job Referrals : This option allows Employee to refer candidates against the Job Posting done by HR
View My Referrals : This option allows employee to view status of Employee referred by him or her.
View In House Directory : This option allows employee to view In House directory entered by Admin
Leave Requisition : This option allows employee to apply for leaves with eligibility validation done as per the level they belong.
Outdoor Leave Requisition : This option allows employee to apply for outdoor leaves.
Balance Leaves Summary : This option allows employee to view his or her balance Leaves, along with leave register.
View Attendance : This option allows employee to view his or her attendance status.
